Pennsylvania’s Grand Canyon. Pine Creek Gorge is called Pennsylvania’s Grand Canyon. This area is surrounded by the Tioga State Forest. Pine Creek Gorge received national acclaim in 1968 when the National Park Service designated a 12-mile section as a National Natural Landmark. Picnic areas, playground, a seasonal, visitor center and gift shop are also available for your enjoyment.
Tioga Central Railroad. The Tioga Central Railroad of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania operates excursion and charter trains on a thirty-four mile railroad extending north from Wellsboro, Pennsylvania to a location about three miles south of Corning, New York.
The Peter J. McGovern Little League Museum is a tribute to Little League, past and present. The Little League Museum is full of pictures, displays, films and exhibits about the players, equipment, history, rules, the all-around fun of Little League, as well as information on issues facing children today. This combination both entertains and educates visitors.
